目的了解老年高血压(EH)病合并冠心病(CHD)患者心率变异性的特点及其临床意义。方法选择EH患者34例及EH合并CHD患者32例,老年健康对照组38例,青年健康对照组51例,进行24h动态血压和动态心电图检查,对两组患者心率变异性(HRV)参数及室性心律失常发生率进行对照分析。结果与对照组比较,EH组和EH合并CHD组HRV均降低(P<0.05),其中EH合并CHD组HRV降低更为显著(P<0.01);与对照组比较,EH组和EH合并CHD组室性心律失常的发生率增加(P<0.05),其中EH合并CHD组室性心律失常的发生率增加更为显著(P<0.01)。结论反映自主神经活性变化的HRV可作为高血压患者预后的重要指标之一。尤其对EH合并CHD的患者,临床上除降压治疗外,还应根据HRV的改变情况给予积极改善自主神经功能的治疗。 相似文献

The current study focused on treatment of phenolic wastewater using an integrated process – dosing of ozone directly to activated sludge. The main goal was to analyze the effect of ozonation on viability of activated sludge in different systems – activated sludge in distilled water and activated sludge in wastewater. Two viability detection methods, oxygen uptake (OUR) rate and adenosine-5'-triphosphate measurement (ATP), were compared. The linear correlation between ATP and OUR measurements in studied range was found to be good (r2 = 0.90). In case of ozonation of activated sludge in wastewater, ozone doses up to 42 mgO3·gMLVSS?1 did not influence the viability of sludge. In addition, contrary to ozonation of sludge in distilled water, soluble COD was reduced by 15.6% (at ozone dose of 42 mgO3·gMLVSS?1). 相似文献

A simple and effective method has been developed to synthesize a nano-sized LiFePO4/PAS (polyacenic semiconductor) composite. The LiFePO4 particles coated and connected by PAS are uniformly distributed in the range of 50-80 nm. The electronic conductivity of this material is as high as 1.2 × 10−1 S/cm due to the conductive network of PAS. In comparison with the micro-LiFePO4/PAS, the nano-LiFePO4/PAS exhibits much better rate performance. At the 12-min charge-discharge rate, the power and energy densities of the nano-LiFePO4/PAS are shown as 2063 W/kg and 412 Wh/kg, which are much higher than those of the micro-LiFePO4/PAS (1600 W/kg and 320 Wh/kg). It is especially notable that the nano-LiFePO4/PAS cathode without adding Super P shows similar electrochemical behaviors with the cathode adding Super P at all C-rates. Thus, such cathode without adding Super P will enlarge both the volume energy density and weight energy density of batteries. In addition, this cathode exhibits an excellent long-term cyclability, retaining over 95.4% of its original discharge capacity beyond 500 cycles at 0.2C rate. A Li4Ti5O12/carbon/carbon nano-tubes (Li4Ti5O12/C/CNTs) composite was synthesized by using a solid-state method. For comparison, a Li4Ti5O12/carbon (Li4Ti5O12/C) composite and a pristine Li4Ti5O12 were also synthesized in the present study. The microstructure and morphology of the prepared samples are characterized by XRD and SEM. Electrochemical properties of the samples are evaluated by using galvanostatic discharge/charge tests and AC impedance spectroscopy. The results reveal that the Li4Ti5O12/C/CNTs composite exhibits the best rate capability and cycling stability among the samples of Li4Ti5O12, Li4Ti5O12/C and Li4Ti5O12/C/CNTs. At the charge-discharge rate of 0.5 C, 5.0 C and 10.0 C, its discharge capacities were 163 mAh/g, 148 mAh/g and 143 mAh/g, respectively. After 100 cycles at 5.0 C, it remained at 146 mAh/g. 相似文献
